The idea for this session was born in a conversation preceding the opening of the gathering. We were discussing the concept of the Last Responsible Moment. The easiest definition of the LRM is the point at which you need to make a decision. Someone noted that, if you weren't going to get more information to help that decision between now and that time, you might as well make it now. That triggered my thought that making a decision now might radiate information to others, allowing them to make more appropriate decisions.
